Our next long stay - March 2026
We're spending a month here from March 2026. The Poniente end is supposedly the family-friendly side - quieter beaches, flat promenades, and proper supermarkets. We'll know for sure soon enough.
Our Trip Report - Coming April 2026
We're spending a full month in Benidorm from 11 March with Tallulah at 14 months. The full review with photos, costs and honest tips will be published when we're back.

Frequently Asked Questions: Benidorm with a Baby
Is Benidorm good for families with babies?
Yes. The Poniente end of Benidorm is quieter and more family-friendly than the Levante side. Flat promenades are buggy-friendly, there are proper supermarkets nearby, and the beach is sandy with calm water. We’re spending a full month here from March 2026 with our 14-month-old and will update with our full review.
How much does a month in Benidorm cost?
Our apartment costs €2,754 (~£2,300) for a full month – a 2-bed on the 18th floor with a gym, sea view and communal facilities. Cheaper options exist, especially outside peak season. Food and daily costs in Spain are significantly lower than the UK.
Can you work remotely from Benidorm?
Benidorm is in the same timezone as the UK for most of the year (CET, 1 hour ahead). WiFi in modern apartments is generally reliable, and there are cafes with good internet. The 2.5-hour flight from the UK means you can get back quickly if needed.
